Save yourself the disappointment and choose another manufacturer!
To be honest I haven't been able to use a real scanner and interact with the UI yet. However, I wasted over 2 hours trying to get YOUR software to recognize YOUR hardware with a simple serial number of about 6 or 7 digits and I'm a tech savvy person. All I want to do is check my car to see what needs fixing and fix it. Instead I spend all my time posting and reading forums and contacting both manufacturer and Revain sales support to figure out how to get this stupid thing to work! My suggestion: don't waste your time with this device until you take the first step towards using it, at least on a rough level.
