I like that they're constantly adding new features to their platform as well supporting other platforms suchs MailChimp etc.. Their customer service is great too! Some of my favorite aspects are how easy it was setup plus all its possible functions in one place which made managing campaigns so much easier than having them scattered between programs or services we used previously (evernote/emailmarketingsoft). Nothing yet but would love more integration with social media channels - be sure you have an account set up first before requesting access from your team member who will handle this type request when integrating into our CRM system via Zapier toolkit functionality. We had been using several different tools prior including Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Hubspot along wtih emailmarketer soft where each were very useful at times however there always seemed something missing until i came across Pintoparts' product line + support staff!!
