The user interface is very helpful- makes it easy to access all content from one place. I like that you can tag and organize things easily with this platform as well. Sometimes there are problems in the back end, but this is not always my issue. If you have a good IT department, then this will probably not be an issue at all. Easy to use and has many different applications available for businesses of almost any size and industry. We were able to utilize our internal communication tools for business purposes through this system. I also used the collaboration section of this program for personal reasons.
