I like that you can easily create campaigns and track results for each campaign. It also makes it easy to see where your audience is coming from. You're able to send emails to different lists so I'm not sure how you would be able to do this with other programs. Sometimes I find that my emails get stuck in an "open" stage. This sometimes happens when I have too many emails open at once. I think if you're a smaller business or just starting out, this could be helpful.
