What I paid today was $1,320. After inserting it into my ears and listening to some music, I made up my mind to cancel my subscription. When the native ears on my IPHONE 4S had to be removed, I was able to steal them. At this price, all other options are off the table. The pluses: The highs, mids, and lows are all of superior quality. They fit snugly and comfortably in your ears and block out sounds better than ever. As a result, a rather minor mass is included. Various drawbacks: I agree with the general consensus that no reasonable retail pricing exists for these headphones.
