Great Shakers - Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
They're a nice weight (they don't tip over), easy to hold and fill. I like the extra hole sizes. I use small holes for fine salt (don't sprinkle too much) and medium holes for pepper (so I get a lot with a few shakes).
