The most important feature for me is that it's integrated into our CRM so we can easily store candidates' applications in Salesforce as well. It doesn't provide reports like other systems do (such as Pipedrive). We also don't have integration with 3rd party software such as Hubspot or Slack - but I suppose this will come later when they launch more features of their product? That said though once you get used to how things work I'm happy enough with the current setup without waiting around too long before having an app/job pipeline reporting function added by them. Reporting out applicants performance against key criteria was always very manual & time consuming process prior using zoho jobs.
