Busting plateaus for my opinion

I can't tell you how excited I am about these! As a girl and natural athlete, it's hard for me to continue adding 2.5 pound plates once I reach a certain point on certain movements, such as overhead press and bench. These fractional plates are amazing! I'm busting through plateaus that I've been stuck at for weeks. Hitting PR's again! BUY THEM - YOU WON'T REGRET IT! Plus, they are the tiniest, cutest things I've ever seen! I LOVE THEM!
