I've just received a pair of extra large sizes. I wear a size 12 and love the extra roominess in the toe box of these socks. Most brands have narrow toes even in size XL and these are perfect for me. I suppose I could wear L, but I'll stick with size XL. These socks are the most comfortable I've ever tried. I have worn expensive wool socks for years but they are much better for comfort. I see the high proportion of wool and the targeted cushioning as a big plus. I hope they are more durable than others I have worn. I checked out the company's website and ordered 3 more pairs to try. I hope to find a real summer weight with the same comfort. For those who complain about drying wool socks on a line, this is a compromise. Whether you eat industrial fast food or slow-cooked, nutritious meals, life is a series of choices we make based on what we value most. I just appreciate the full comfort of my old legs! Hanging a pair of socks is a very small price to pay.
