I bought these because Prince was really good compared to real Brother inks. Although it was extremely easy to install and the black, yellow and cyan colors worked great with the printer (although there is a "?" above the ink indicator), Magneta ink is not compatible with the Brother MFC-J491DW printer that I have got , and it doesn't work at all. I'll accept it, even after troubleshooting what I could find (chip cleaning, dust, etc.). This means I can't print at all as the printer won't even print in black if one of the other inks is empty or incompatible (I know this is a printer problem). I'm very upset that I bought this and everything but magneta can be read by the printer. Cannot recommend the quality of the printer as I cannot print at all due to Magneta incompatibility.
