The flexibility of the platform to customize, easy navigation and good customer support. It could use some work in regards to UI/UX design. Good if you want to have your own website that has all the attributes that would make people trust you. You can create multiple pages and have them look as well organized as the other platforms and the SEO tools are also available. We needed a website that was flexible enough to handle different types of products (from electronics to books). We were searching for something to help us automate our inventory system which had always been done by hand. SoteShop gave us everything we needed from one place.
