Review on 🥄 Tofu Press: Enhance Flavor & Texture, Effortlessly Remove Water, Dishwasher Safe with Water Collecting Tray, Middle Strainer & Top Lid, BPA Free (Grey) by Matt Buchanan

I was hoping this would work as my original abs are MUCH larger in comparison and who has extra kitchen space to waste. Unfortunately, that's not good at all. The first time it was almost impossible to close at all - just start. I figured I was doing something very wrong since I couldn't close it and meanwhile my tofu was making slurping noises as I valiantly tried to close the thing. It took all of my strength and power to put this thing on a low table so I could push on it with all my weight to close it. Even then it was so hard to get all four sides to click as the pressure pushing the tofu away is STRONG. At the time I thought it was doing a decent job despite being extremely difficult to use. I then used it again along with another press as I had a lot of BBQ tofu and when I compared the amount of liquid squeezed out this squeezed out about half. :( I actually had to shred the tofu I hit with it. Wouldn't recommend at all. Shame as it's small and the concept seems good - it just doesn't work, especially in terms of usability.
