It's softer than I like Comb etc. Pocket in one of the zippered compartments and it holds up better. The strap also slips off the shoulder a little but maybe it's me and most zip pockets! If it can be turned into a backpack, it's very practical. How many times have I been shopping or somewhere else and my bag looked like bricks on the inside?! This is the perfect solution! AND IT'S SWEET!
