I wear a 6.5 or 7 with Nike and this 7 is right in between those two sizes but narrower. For me that means my legs are very secure but not restricted. But if you sometimes have to go far. They look and feel good together. Black and navy blue are subtle but not plain. The minimal style has no arch support. The soles are more flexible than standard models but not as flexible as other minimalist models I have. Very low profile and flat. Very happy with the value for money and for me they fit perfectly.
