Review on Ideavise by Drew Gengler

I like that you can use all of their products together to create an overall solution for our website needs! They are very easy going people as well who will work with your team when it comes time during implementation!! Great partnership between customer service/support & product knowledge base teams. The ability is there but sometimes we have questions or requests which need clarification from them before they get back too us - this could be improved upon by adding more staff within ideavisemedia (their support). We're using multiple applications through out my organization so having one central hub was beneficial at first however now its just easier if everything fits into 1 platform than trying figure something else each day throughout different platforms etc.. The team is very professional. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. I have never had any problems with them over the years that we've worked together. Their support staff has been great too! We work closely together so it's nice to be able to bounce ideas off each other and get feedback from our own internal teams as well since they're right there next door at Kforce.
