As advertised, I usually take a medium size, but the pajama top was too tight, so I ordered larger sleeves and slightly longer pants. I'm 5'9 1/2" and 165 pounds. The pajamas are well made, very comfortable, very cool and light. Material. I immediately ordered a second pair
