Tools needed not included on instructions

Great cart, easy to assemble once I figured out everything else I’d need. You’ll need pliers for the cotter pins, a ratchet set and wrench for the nylon screws. The instructions don’t tell you how to install these parts, so if you don’t already know then you’ll need to Google it.
