Seriously, blows. Spring. As a Diesel Technician working in a non-AC shop in the southern United States, I can tell you that this is a little fan that can, does, and WILL BLOW! All day. Replaced the tool trolley version that lasted 11 years. It blows better than ever. A life saver (perhaps literally) on those humid southern days. The cord wrap around the handle is an elegant and nice touch. The only real complaint I have is that it can be quite hasty when using a small stand. At the slightest pressure, it returns to the first movement. Legs? Stands? Shoulders? However. Otherwise it sweeps (ahem) the competition away. I recommend.
