I cook a lot so I need cookware that is comfortable, stylish, durable and no frills (did a lot of research on quality + affordable price) This is by no means pro quality but they do the job for a home cook to use aesthetic claim. In general, the purchase is satisfied. Pros: 1) The silicone is thick and feels good. 2) The heat resistance of my stainless steel pans is good. 3) They are comfortable to hold. 4) Very nice in a glass vase on the counter. 5) Easy to clean. Cons: 1) Hand wash only (dishwasher destroys wood). 2) Some tools (slotted trowel, angled trowel) aren't very strong and give a lot (I'm afraid they might break if I press too hard). For heavy work, you need to use a solid wood trowel.
