The packaging was torn, a large hole in the bottom, resulting in missing features. Direction was in Spanish only. I had to use my wood shop to bend the metal to fit. Some parts weren't finished smoothly so I had to trim off the excess with special tools. After all of this, I realized that I lacked the necessary equipment to build meshes. Luckily I have a local shop where I can buy new screws and bolts. 5 hours or more (no gear yet) for a project that should have only taken 30 minutes. To be honest I would go back but I would have to cheat with another shipping box and have this heavy box shipped to my local UPS store. It wasn't worth the hassle and my daughters would be very disappointed. I couldn't do that to them and pick up their Easter present the day before. I'm so disappointed in the topic. I spent more time getting the bezel adjusted properly and bought additional hardware then it was worth buying this product from a very shoddy company.
