Headphones are original. The serial number on the site breaks through, when communicating with support, there were no problems - I think that the original. I connected it to different devices (MacBook, Honor 20 Pro) - the picture with the sound is the same. When I connect to Honor 20 Pro via LDAC, it's as if cotton wool appears in my ears. If you set the sample rate to 48 kHz through the developer menu, then the sound becomes a little better. But the problem is that this setting does not hold, when you connect / start playback, 96 kHz is again forcibly set. Support did not help, said "sorry". I hope that in the new firmware they will fix and adjust the settings. In general, in general, the headphones are not bad. Comfortable. Apparently, expectations were too high)))). For such a price, the Devialet nameplate was expecting a completely different sound quality. Therefore only 3 stars. If I had listened before buying, I would not have taken it.
- Design and ergonomics. The case is small, pleasant tactile sensations, does not get dirty. The earbuds come out easily and comfortably, they sit great in my ears (at least mine) - the most comfortable "plugs" that have ever been. Noise reduction Adequate noise reduction, very good transparency mode. Control. Yes, you need to adapt a little to it (fortunately, there are exercises in AI Life), but then everything is fine. Microphones. In general, they hear me well, even in noisy places. Of course, with strong gusts of wind, for example, everything is not so rosy. Multipoint. It works correctly, pairs with two devices without problems and switches in a timely manner.
- Sound. It's kind of a failure. I don’t know what the wonderful Devialet engineers set up there, but everything is just bad. It seems that you are listening through a tape - the tops are cut off, the lower middle is strongly protruded. Moreover, when connected via AAC, it gets better (yes, the volume is lost, but the top appears). With bass, more or less - yes, it's a bit too much, but not too much.
