The UI is very simple and intuitive to use, and the customer service is also very good. They have a lot of add-ons and features that are very useful for the hotel industry. It is very difficult to integrate the booking engine with other software (like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Hubspot). I also have to use two different browsers to do my work. I also don't like that I can't book a room for a guest who is not yet a customer. I have to email the guest and ask them to book. This is very time consuming. Also, I have to manually send an email to the guest. This is not automated. I wish I could just add the guest to my booking engine and have them automatically receive the email. I have been able to automate the process of adding guests to my booking engine. This has saved me.
