Works in my car. No interference with the TPMS system.

I've been using it for about a month and everything is fine. Works well with the power supply in my Ford Explorer. The previous adapter of this type worked for about 2-3 years with daily commuting use. Thing gets a little warm. If your car doesn't have built-in USB ports, I'd recommend getting a decent metal USB power adapter to help with heat dissipation. Also, I would recommend turning it off when you park your car for a long time (just in case). The sound quality is decent enough. You may want to adjust the equalizer settings to suit your listening habits. When I installed it there were no TPMS error displays and still isn't. A NOTICE. When my previous adapter stopped working, I got TPMS error messages in my car due to some signal interference. There is no conclusive evidence yet, but I suspect that if this adapter fails, the TPMS will turn itself off again.
