Review on Cataumet Premium Conductive Chainmail Scrubber by Kim Marin

Picked up a few weeks ago. It's amazing. It's big enough to bake large cakes and I love the well-designed storage bag with handles that comes with it. Also comes with a cool chain mail cleaning sponge. The steel is VERY thick and heavy so I love that it has a cutout that makes a nice grip. The steel is well finished and has no burrs or sharp edges. Upon receipt I scrubbed it well with soapy water and then dried it. I then flavored it by rubbing a thin layer of grapeseed oil on both sides and popped it in my oven at 425C for about 45 minutes. Now that bad boy was ready to go. I've made the pizza 3 times since I got it and it gives you that crispy New York pizzeria style crust I've been craving. I bake pizza at 500 degrees (after heating the steel for about 25 minutes) and after 5 minutes it's perfect. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Good product!
