Ordered on April 24th and didn't open the package until June (until the ink ran out), the color worked fine but for some reason black ink only printed on every third/fourth line. My returns window was already closed at this point so I emailed the company. They called me back almost immediately and offered a complete replacement of both inks (although only one was faulty), I received them in the mail in 2 days and both worked perfectly! They even emailed me a week later to make sure they were both working properly! Really great customer service and great printer inks!
