Do not use glue if you don't need it
Every time you take something out (fix it on the wall) or put it back (fix it on the wall), I commend you to bolt it or screw 2 x 4 in the wall. Using adhesive to attach to the wall, considering the weight of things drying on it plus the weight of the actual product being dried, is not a permanently attached product. For extra strength, use stainless steel screws, which you can buy at any hardware store. I personally don't like doing things twice, so I try to get things right the first time. Less frustration. If you know what I mean!
