I finally got sick and tired of thin, cheap flatware that would either bend in my hand, or cut into my skin.PROS: This set is very nice, especially at the price. They have a nice heavy weight to them, look nice with a simple design, and are easy to clean. They are very sturdy. Finally I can scoop hard frozen ice cream without the spoon turning into a prop from The Matrix.CONS: One fork had a bad bend, which I easily fixed, but it took some work because of how thick and sturdy they are. So that's not a total con, because they don't bend easily. QC just missed it is all. And In my opinion the edges of the handles could have been a little more smoother. Again, maybe QC missed it, or they didn't spend enough time on the deburrer/polisher. But it's not bad enough to really complain, just being honest.Final thought. I looked at a lot of brands at this price point, and read a bunch of different reviews. Overall I am very satisfied with the set, despite the minor issues which only take a half of star away to me. I'm glad I bought them, and would do so again.
