Grates a lot of zest

I bought this to freeze and dry lemon zest for cooking. I have a lemon tree that has produced very well and has helped me achieve what I wanted. This allows for easy and quick peeling, which was very helpful. As with any grater, you only need to take the colored parka and not the bitter white part of the rind/rind. I would buy this again. Easy to clean.
