We regularly use a 1-1/2 inch fire hose to clean up after concrete has been pumped. This nozzle is perfect for the job as the price is the best and it's fairly durable. While not as strong as brass, it's enough to get the job done. In our experience, the brass equivalent breaks on the threaded ring as will plastic when one of them repeatedly falls on cement or asphalt (absolutely because buffoons aren't more careful). The much lower price makes this a better choice. We bought 4 of these and couldn't be happier.
