Review on Surco TF100 Tire Carrier Ford by Eddie Rivas

The stand arrived on time and seems to fit well but no instructions are included. When I contacted the manufacturer via their website for instructions, they replied that they did not have them and that "in most cases our products are installed by professional installers and they do not require instructions". The!? Then why sell it directly to consumers on Revain? Basic information such as the recommended drill bit size for mounting to a door is also helpful. He also gave some 'helpful tips' such as using a backplate (not included) to prevent the bolts from being pulled through the door. Don't you think it would be helpful to include a small leaflet with these "tips"? Also, the sticker will flip over when installed on the door. Apparently nobody who works there cares. Not impressed.
