We bought these for our camper. After connecting, the red light was constantly on. As it was a public holiday we couldn't reach anyone on the phone number provided so we tried to find something online to help us to no avail. When we finally contacted someone during office hours, she said it was strange but it could mean our satellite dish was out of order. After trying a few more things, we finally realized that we had wired it wrong. It would be helpful if they included something on how to fix this issue with instructions. I was ready to send it back.
