The Iron-On Fusible Fleece Interfacing: Medium Weight One-Sided Loft Iron On Fusible Fleece White is thick and feels heavy duty but is quite soft on the non fuse side. It is flexible even though it is thick so it will give support but not too much stiffness to the project you use it for. There are no instructions included but it is easy to tell the fusible side with the little bumps of adhesive waiting to be ironed on. I think it would also work well if you just sewed it on to the project as it doesn't seem like the adhesive would clog up the sewing machine. It comes in a zippered plastic bag so you can keep the unused portion clean and safe until you need it.
