Excellent Customer Service and Support by Sales Team

The ease of use, how easy it was for our team at Procter & Gamble (P& G)to understand their needs from day one! There were no issues or questions we had not considered beforehand - which made collaboration so much easier as well. We can't think off any downsides other than maybe being able to do more with them? I guess this depends what your business case looks like but would be interested if anyone has thoughts around expansion / extra features they want PN could offer you after working together initially?! They have been amazing support throughout all stages including onboarding us into using new software etc., getting up-skilling when required plus great customer service too!! Have used many free stand providers over time however none are quite perfect yet until now. So far everything about FS works really nicely within both marketing.
