They have been very helpful in getting my IT infrastructure issues resolved quickly as well keeping me informed about all aspects related with security from application deployment right up until retirement planning! they are always there whenever I need them for help or assistance!! No negative aspect so far that is not already covered by other reviews here but if anything i would say this service provider has come really handy when needing quick response time at short notice since we live remotely away (located 100kms distance). Highly recommended. My network problems were solved immediately without any delay due too long waiting times which was one issue being faced before contacting these guys!! Very knowledgeable team who never disappoints you! It is very easy for users to connect with the system. The system is also very user friendly. I like that some of the reports are customizable. Sometimes there are too many options in one report. This can be overwhelming. Also sometimes it takes a long time to load certain reports. Try it out! It has helped us streamline our process and keep track of all of our projects and tasks.
