The level of support offered by their service was excellent for my small business needs! Would definitely recommend them to other companies looking for similar solutions. Their work really saved our marketing budget after we realized how much time we were spending on social media posts (we used them as an agency). We also appreciated that they helped us with video production. I would like more training in areas outside of Facebook management specifically Instagram because managing multiple accounts can get confusing fast. As stated previously, this product really allowed me to focus less on content creation and scheduling than on sales activities.
