More than 2 months ago I sprained my ankle and something broke inside. It still hurts and swells up. I went to PE and after the session they used CT tape. My insurance didn't cover PT so I bought this band to wrap/support my ankle. It has helped a lot in relieving pain, supporting my ankle and allowing me to walk more. This tape stays in place for several days until removed. It lasts through showering, wearing shoes, and sleeping. The fabric is strong, not flimsy. I think it performs the same or even better than the KT brand. I bought another brand (with a pattern to add some bling) and it didn't stick after a few hours. Fell down after taking a shower. I will buy this again. Excellent quality, won't wear off until you shoot.
