I've used them a few times so far and the level up process is much easier and a one time thing. No more trying to figure out which block is the right thickness to make it even and then less than perfect. We used to use 2x6 blocks of about 24 inches and that was never perfect. Now fewer blocks take up space. And they're more compact than they were. It's nice not having to carry around a stack of wood or extra stacks of plastic squares. to align our camping trailer from side to side. I add non-slip safety tape on top of the ramps and wedges for a little extra grip. If your patches have been mostly flat and need minor adjustments from time to time, this will work fine and provide a few inches of lift. If your site is heavily distorted, this doesn't help much.
