Gold Bond is a brand I've heard of all my life but never tried. I bought it for my husband (he got very dry and "rough" patches on his hands after patio renovation. He usually brushed off the treatment on his hands (he can be stubborn). No point in insisting . .However, my hands are very dry from frequent hand washing after cleaning, pets, COVID-19 and general hygiene I already have a lot of lotions I had a subscription to a cosmetics/skin care box I asked my husband to try it what we already spend: big drugstore brands, like Nivea, Neutrogena Cerave, Vaselinelotion, Ceraphil, Curel, etc. Some of these are made specifically for dry hands. I don't help him. Others I use for general use, as does my daughter. Paraffin- Hand wraps, body creams, body oils, etc. Nothing worked for either of us.. my budget. We don't have any allergies or chronic skin conditions. o despite wear work gloves in hot weather. I contacted a pharmacist, a friend of the salmon family was immediately recommended. n gold bond. If the skin is cracked or bleeding, a doctor's visit is required. But they said try it first. I bought the whistle here on Revane Prime. I am impressed! This helped a lot in restoring his hands, which were still rough and calloused from using the gloves. Used twice a day. I use it all day - after every hand washing.
