** To be honest I have the option when I buy it Voted "Used - Very Good" ** However, the following issues were noted on arrival: • Two screws holding the plastic center section to the post were missing • Lock washers and washers were missing from both tie rods. Also, the tie rods were not that in shown in the listing. ".• Big dent in the middle of the strut.• And most importantly, the strut wasn't smooth at all. It felt like there was sand in the gears. It was so bad I couldn't turn the Mainshaft without any sort of linkage. Luckily I ordered another one at the same time which appeared to be from the same factory. It was in MUCH better condition and included all the missing parts that this one didn't have. It also included a handlebar and bracket with a Ball Bearings All of this for just a $5 savings If I were to buy a new set, another more complete set would be 99 cents cheaper It doesn't add up.
