Was an ardent fan of Samsung. I switched to this phone from galaxy s3, which served faithfully for five years and continues to work with my nephew. The battery is one of the main problems of this phone, it does not hold more daylight hours. Well, I thought for the sake of productivity and "flagship" something needs to be sacrificed. After two months of use, communication problems began, and audibility deteriorated for me and the interlocutor: it was as if we were talking next to each other, then as if behind a wall (very deaf). The phone for 50,000 does not cope with its MAIN function! Approaches in the ASC were not successful, they simply reset the phone to factory settings and wrote that no defect was found. Then spontaneous reboots and freezes began. As a result, after four months of work, the trial is underway for almost six months. But thank God it's coming to an end. Looking ahead, I’ll say that an independent examination chosen directly by Samsung recognized a factory defect in the motherboard. The question is, what did the ASC do then and what do they get paid for?! The company began to work on quantity, and not on quality as before. We'll see what it will lead to. But I think the result is predictable.
