My hands are 16 inches - this is borderline small for them and rather uncomfortable. Also, I was hesitant to use it because the case the phone is supposed to fit in is pretty small for a phone in a phone case, and it's almost impossible to get the touchscreen to respond to the screen protector plus this case . . Overall it's not a bad product, I just wish it was a bit bigger and the touchscreen was more efficient. Oh, and don't even bother if you have plug-in headphones. It is impossible to align the phone so that it is comfortable and does not cut the cable.
