Cats are almost afraid of the noise it makes

My cats were a little freaked out by the noise this fish made when its turned on and moves. They seem to like it better when it's off. Go figure. They also like hair ties and cardboard boxes so I'm not sure why I keep spending money on them.

Pros

My kitty loves his fish. My only complaint is it is loud. It is the only toy he plays with.

Cons

My cat does not like this toy at all. But the dog loved it! ( for about 5 minutes) it's now in pieces.
