I like that it's easy to navigate, has many options for customization (even with just 2 users), can integrate into our CRM system so we have all of this information in one place - makes things easier when responding as an officer! It would be nice if there were more features available but they are working hard at adding new ones every month or two which keeps me happy :) The only thing about ODS right now isn't really anything bad per se- its probably because everyone knows what their job entails nowadays anyway haha :). We use ODSP mainly during busy times such as holidays/sick days etc where officers tend not to want other people looking over them while processing paperwork; however being able to access from home helps those who do need assistance get some work done without having others around.
