This was my third purchase of a windscreen/mic cover for my Blue Yeti; The exact pop filters I've tried before are listed below. NW(B-3) 6" Round Studio Microphone Pop Filter) and layered semi-cylindrical pop filters held in place with elastic straps (Sywon Metal Mesh and Foam Layer Mic Cover). I had no problems. Attaching a foam cover, although some have reported it torn. I simply inhaled warm, wet breath into the foam to make it pliable before applying (which had a controversial effect) and applied it by squeezing it in my hand and massaging it on the Blue Yeti as if I were giving it a go give a noogie. This works better than the other pop filter options, blocking out ambient noise and erroneous keystrokes that you don't want the microphone to pick up. It's also more compact, making it easier for me to get the mic and boom out of the way when not in use. Now I just have to figure out what to do with the old pop filters as I'm never going back.
