Decorated my sons nerf party with this. It's blue and made of plastic. You can tie it to things. I tied him to sticks and stuck him in the ground like flags. I also made headbands and bracelets out of it and some orange to make a group of seven year olds look like crazy little Nerf Rambos. My dog ate something and then pooped. He's fine, thank you. I really have to get back to work.
