Counts are off, papers are short

The overflow slots are supposed to leave you with the perfect amount of coins for a roll when you tip the excess coins out, but for the quarters, the overflow slot leaves you with exactly 41 quarters, when a roll is 50 quarters. Likewise for the nickels, the overflow slot leaves you with 40 nickels. The pennies one is accurate at 50 pennies, and I didn't have 50 dimes around to test the dimes one.Related problem for quarters only -- when I add the 9 extra quarters to get your roll up to 50 quarters, the paper of the roll seems almost too short, I can barely fold a lip around the end coins to seal it.
