Cheap materials, no quality control.

Very poor quality. The screw on the hammer drill had coarse bits on the tip (like 80 grit sandpaper) and the actual part of the screw had the same problem, so bad it couldn't be screwed in. I was able to file the tip and threads just enough for it to work, but then the threaded center section which you immediately expose because it's a very soft metal. There was no key.
