This is a regular shampoo with a fantastic mint scent - probably the best mint scent I've ever seen in a shampoo. I can't say it made my hair shinier or more manageable than any of the drugstore shampoos I normally use (I usually alternate between Pantene and Avalon Organics). Doesn't dry out, weigh hair down, doesn't cause dandruff, smells amazing. The mint provides a pleasant, short-lived tingle that comes in handy during the summer months. However, for less than half the price I get the same results from pharmacy shampoos so I can't justify using them again.
