The technician who worked on my HP Designjet T520 advised me to have a spare set of printheads on hand after setting up my 5 year old printer, so I bought this guy a few weeks ago. I had problems with the black cartridge leaking everywhere and had to remove the old printhead and clean it twice. The third time I just replaced it with a new one. This is a very simple process and anyone can do it. Apparently when replacing the printheads you must have all new ink cartridges hence the higher cost of the whole build. I am very satisfied with the whole process and the print quality after the exchange.
