This seems to work. Since I started using it a few months ago I haven't seen any of the 'old lady' necks I've seen before. I've always taken good care of my skin, but the neck looks old even though the skin on the face is quite young. I'm happy with that. In the beginning it has a strong medicinal odor. The smell dissipates quickly.
